This is Calais from Sebastian Münster's 1598 version of Cosmographia. This edition can only partially attributed to Munster as he lived from 1489 to 1552.

At the time of this printing Calais was transitioning between the Spanish and French. During Munster's lifetime it belonged to the English. The text accompanying this print makes multiple references to the transition from the English to the French in 1558.

The print is oriented with the English Channel to the bottom while the waterfront is actually north of the city. The French side of the Channel Tunnel between England and France is now (near) Calais.
