This appears to be a historical map from a text. The title, directions, and place names are in Latin. The latitude is "accurate" and the longitude is not present. Unfortunately, I do not have a name or date for this map. My best guess is 18th century based upon the (chain laid) paper type. The coloring is most likely (very) recent.
